Multitec S2 Narrow web full servo flexo press 370mm/450mm
S2 is a shaftless dual servo narrow web flexo press with a sleeve system for printing flexible packaging and self-adhesive labels.
All print units, infeed and outfeed are shaftless servo driven. The print sleeve and the impression roll are both driven by independent servo motors. The print sleeve is gearless – there is no gear contact between the printing sleeve and the impression roll. This ensures the highest graphic quality and an extremely versatile repeat range. The opportunity for label converters to diversify into new growth markets such as sleeves, wrap around labels, pouches and sachets can be addressed by the S2’s automation package.

S1 is a shaftless full servo narrow web flexo press for printing flexible packaging and self-adhesive labels.
All print units, infeed and outfeed are shaftless servo driven and ensure that average down time is cut to a minimum, change over rates are reduced and the highest graphic quality can be profitably delivered whether short or long run. S1’s automation technology can improve productivity, reduce waste and increase print quality whilst making your company less dependent on highly skilled operators. SX is an advanced narrow web flexo press for printing flexible packaging and self-adhesive labels.
With servo infeed, open access, quick-change print cylinders, large diameter chilled impression rolls and short web path UV configuration, you are assured of the best print quality with the least wastage. No settings are required to be changed when changing jobs and print repeats unless the material caliper changes. With the unique plate cylinder locking system, job changes are now super easy. The converting section has a heavy-duty construction for die cutting & the Zero-break™ matrix stripping system ensures high speed waste stripping of complicated shapes
